Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft Outlook and Odoo
Microsoft Outlook + Odoo + Slack: When a new email arrives in Microsoft Outlook, the system checks if it's related to an Odoo opportunity by searching for specific keywords or sender information. If it is, a Slack notification is sent to a designated channel, informing the team about the email and linking to the Odoo opportunity.
Odoo + Microsoft Outlook + Google Calendar: When a new CRM Lead is created in Odoo, a corresponding meeting is scheduled. The details are then synchronized to Microsoft Outlook calendar, and also used to create an event in Google Calendar, ensuring all involved parties have visibility.
