Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Moco and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moco and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Moco and Zendesk

Moco + Zendesk + Slack: When a new event is detected in Moco, a ticket is created in Zendesk. Then, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the new ticket.

Zendesk + Moco + Google Calendar: When a ticket is updated in Zendesk, a task is created in Moco to track time spent, and a follow-up event is scheduled in Google Calendar.
