Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and AWeber (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and AWeber
Shopify + NetSuite + AWeber: When a new order is placed in Shopify, the automation searches for the corresponding customer in NetSuite. If the customer exists, their record is updated. If not, a new customer record is created. Then, the customer is added or updated in a specified AWeber email list.
AWeber + NetSuite + Slack: When a new subscriber is added to a specific AWeber list (representing lead nurturing), the automation checks if they exist as a customer in NetSuite using their email. If a matching customer record is found in NetSuite, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel notifying the sales team about the conversion.
