Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the NetSuite and Jira integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetSuite and Jira (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect NetSuite and Jira
NetSuite + Jira + Slack: When a new sales order is created in NetSuite, a corresponding issue is created in Jira. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the sales team about the new sales order and its associated Jira issue.
Jira + NetSuite + Google Sheets: Track the resolution time of Jira issues. Once an issue is resolved, sync the resolution time to NetSuite to update project costing. Finally, export the updated NetSuite data, including project costing details, to a Google Sheet for reporting.
