Most powerful ways to connect NoCRM and Zendesk
NoCRM + Zendesk + Slack: When a lead's status changes in NoCRM (specifically to 'Closed'), a new ticket is created in Zendesk to initiate customer onboarding. A notification is then sent to the success team in Slack to inform them of the new customer.
Zendesk + NoCRM + Google Sheets: When a ticket is updated in Zendesk, the automation finds the corresponding lead in NoCRM. The details of the resolved ticket, along with the NoCRM account information, are then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for performance reporting.
