Depending on your setup, data should flow between OpenPhone and Trint (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect OpenPhone and Trint

OpenPhone + Trint + Slack: When a call transcript is available in Trint, triggered by a new event, the automation sends the transcript to a specified Slack channel. This allows for team review and collaboration on call insights.

Trint + OpenPhone + Google docs: Whenever a new event is triggered from Trint, specifically a new transcript, the text is extracted and a new document is created in Google Docs. The document is then appended with the OpenPhone call details, such as the caller's number and date.
