Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Ortto and Jira integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Ortto and Jira (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Ortto and Jira
Ortto + Jira + Slack: When Ortto identifies a high-value customer based on a new activity event, a Jira issue is created to address a potential bug affecting that customer. The engineering team is then notified via Slack about the new Jira issue.
Jira + Ortto + Google Sheets: When a Jira issue is updated (e.g., resolved), the customer's profile in Ortto is updated with the resolution details. Simultaneously, the issue key, resolution time, and Ortto profile update status are logged in Google Sheets.
