Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Outscraper, Trint, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Outscraper and Trint integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Outscraper and Trint (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Outscraper and Trint

Outscraper + Trint + Slack: When a new task finishes in Outscraper (e.g., a search for podcast mentions), the resulting audio file is uploaded to Trint for transcription. Once transcribed, Trint exports the file, and Slack sends a message to a specified channel containing key quotes or a summary from the transcript.

Trint + Outscraper + Google Sheets: When a new event occurs in Trint, such as a new transcription becoming available after a customer interview, the audio file is exported. Then, Outscraper finds email addresses and contact information related to the customer (using details extracted from the transcription). Finally, this contact information is added as a new row in a Google Sheet for lead generation.
