Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the PagerDuty and Sendy integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Sendy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and Sendy

PagerDuty + Sendy + Slack: When a new incident is created or updated in PagerDuty, a Sendy SMS campaign is initiated to alert on-call personnel. Upon incident resolution in PagerDuty, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel informing the team of the resolution.

PagerDuty + Sendy + Google Sheets: Tracks the number of active subscribers in Sendy and records that number whenever a PagerDuty incident is triggered. This is recorded as a new row in a Google Sheet for failure analysis.
