Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Pinecone, Rss.app, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Pinecone and Rss.app integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pinecone and Rss.app (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pinecone and Rss.app

Rss.app + Pinecone + Slack: This automation monitors news about specific technologies using an RSS feed. When a new article is found, the article's content is stored as a vector in Pinecone. A summary of the article is then posted to a designated Slack channel.

Rss.app + Pinecone + Slack: Scrapes product reviews from an RSS feed using Rss.app. The sentiment of the reviews is analyzed and stored in Pinecone by upserting it as a text vector. Then Slack sends a public channel message containing a summary of the review and the sentiment analysis.
