Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Pipefy and Streamtime integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pipefy and Streamtime (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Pipefy and Streamtime

Pipefy + Streamtime + Slack: When a card is moved to the 'Done' phase in Pipefy, update the corresponding job's time tracking information in Streamtime. Then, send a notification to a specified Slack channel to inform the project manager of the task completion.

Streamtime + Pipefy + Google Sheets: When a job is updated in Streamtime, check if the project hours exceed the budget. If the budget is exceeded, create a new task in Pipefy to address the overspending and log the project details, including budget and actual hours, in a Google Sheet.
