Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RD Station, Wachete, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the RD Station and Wachete integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RD Station and Wachete (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RD Station and Wachete

RD Station + Wachete + Slack: When a new notification is triggered in Wachete for a website change, the flow checks if the lead is tracked in RD Station. If it is, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel with details of the change and the lead information.

Wachete + RD Station + Google Sheets: Whenever Wachete detects a website change, this flow retrieves corresponding lead data from RD Station. The gathered website change details from Wachete and lead information from RD Station are then logged into a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
