Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Volunteero, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Volunteero integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Volunteero (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Volunteero

RingCentral + Slack + Volunteero: When a call is missed in RingCentral, a message is sent to a Slack channel. This message prompts volunteers from Volunteero to check RingCentral and return the call.

Volunteero + Google Calendar + RingCentral: When a new volunteer is created in Volunteero, an event is created in Google Calendar for their shift. RingCentral then sends an SMS reminder to the volunteer before their shift starts.
