Depending on your setup, data should flow between Scoro and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Scoro and Zendesk

Zendesk + Scoro + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Zendesk, the automation finds the corresponding project in Scoro based on ticket information. Then, it sends a message to a specific Slack channel to notify the Scoro project team about the new ticket.

Zendesk + Scoro + Google Calendar: When a ticket is updated in Zendesk, the automation finds the corresponding project in Scoro. If the ticket update requires scheduling a meeting, the automation creates an event in Google Calendar. The event details should reflect the client, project, and meeting objective.
