Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring SendFox, FreeAgent, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the SendFox and FreeAgent integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SendFox and FreeAgent (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SendFox and FreeAgent

SendFox + Stripe + FreeAgent: When a new contact signs up via SendFox, and they trigger a 'New Events' event in Stripe which could indicate a successful purchase, an invoice is created in FreeAgent.

FreeAgent + SendFox + Slack: When a new invoice is created in FreeAgent, the flow gets or creates a contact in SendFox and then sends a summary of the new invoice to a Slack channel.
