SendFox + Zendesk + Slack: When a new contact subscribes in SendFox, a Zendesk ticket is created to track initial engagement. The support team is then notified in Slack to prioritize outreach.
Zendesk + Google Sheets + SendFox: When a Zendesk ticket is updated, the details are added to a Google Sheet for tracking. If the ticket is closed, a promotional email is sent via SendFox.
