Sendinblue + Jira + Slack: When a new marketing campaign issue is identified (presumably via tags or other Sendinblue data), a bug ticket is automatically created in Jira. The development team is then alerted via Slack to the new ticket, facilitating rapid response and issue resolution.

Jira + Sendinblue + Google Sheets: When a Jira issue is resolved, the associated customer contact in Sendinblue is updated to trigger a customer satisfaction survey. The completion of this process is logged in a Google Sheet for tracking and analysis.
