Depending on your setup, data should flow between Simplybook and Jira (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Simplybook and Jira

Simplybook + Jira + Slack: When a new booking is made in Simplybook, a Jira issue is created to track related tasks. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel to notify the team about the new booking and the created Jira issue.

Jira + Google Calendar + Simplybook: When a Jira issue is updated (specifically, its status changes to 'In Progress'), an event is created in Google Calendar. Simultaneously, a booking is made in Simplybook, presumably to allocate time for working on the Jira issue.
