Most powerful ways to connect Slack bot and Zendesk

Slack bot + Zendesk + Google Sheets: When a Slack bot interaction occurs (currently, there's no trigger for interactions, assuming new message), this automation will log the message and associated Zendesk ticket information (if available) into a Google Sheet for analysis.

Zendesk + Slack bot + Jira: When a new Zendesk ticket is created, the automation checks if it's high priority. If so, a Jira issue is created, and a Slack bot sends a notification to a public channel.
