Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Slack, Miro, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Slack and Miro integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack and Miro (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack and Miro

Slack + Miro + Google Calendar: When a specific message is posted in a Slack channel, it triggers the creation of a new Miro board. A new Google Calendar event is then created, with the Miro board link included in the event description.

Miro + Jira + Slack: When a new or updated item (e.g., a sticky note representing a task) is created or updated in Miro, a corresponding Jira issue is created. After the issue is created, a message is sent to a specified Slack channel to notify the team.
