Most powerful ways to connect Spotify and Vitally

Spotify + Vitally + Slack: When a new track is played on Spotify, the automation checks if the user exists in Vitally. If the user is found and belongs to a specific customer segment, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the sales team to reach out.

Vitally + Spotify + Google Sheets: When a user is found or updated in Vitally, the automation can search for recent tracks played by that user on Spotify. This data (user ID, customer segment, track details) is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet.
