Automate your Discord support with AI-powered message routing

This Discord bot automation monitors Discord channels for specific messages and uses AI to generate and post relevant responses or perform automated moderation tasks. The workflow is triggered by a webhook that listens for incoming messages from Discord users.

It then uses the OpenAI API to analyze the messages, categorize them as success stories, urgent issues, or normal support tickets, and route them to the appropriate department (customer success, IT, or helpdesk) for handling. The bot aims to provide an intelligent and responsive support experience for Discord users by leveraging natural language processing.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.
