Configure Discord webhook node

Add a Discord webhook node to your workflow and configure it to listen for incoming messages from your Discord server. Map the required input fields such as channel ID and message content.

Configure OpenAI node

Add an OpenAI node to your workflow and configure it to use the credential you added earlier. Customize the prompt to categorize the incoming messages as 'success-story', 'urgent-issue', or 'ticket'.

Configure routing nodes

Add nodes to your workflow to route the categorized messages to the appropriate Discord webhooks for the customer success, IT, and helpdesk teams. Map the category, feedback, and instruction fields from the OpenAI node output to the input fields of the routing nodes.
