Setup guide

Add Google Sheets credential

Add a Google Sheets credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. Connect your Google account via OAuth to allow Latenode to access your Google Sheets.

Configure Chatforma webhook

In the Latenode visual builder, add a Chatforma Webhook node. Configure the node to listen for new form submissions from your Chatforma account.

Map Chatforma form fields

In the Chatforma Webhook node settings, map the fields from your Chatforma form to the corresponding columns in your Google Sheet.

Select Google Sheet and worksheet

In the Google Sheets node settings, choose the specific Google Sheet and worksheet where you want to append the new form data.

Test and activate the workflow

Test the workflow by submitting a new form in Chatforma and verifying the data is correctly added as a new row in your Google Sheet. Once satisfied, activate the Latenode workflow to start automatically syncing new Chatforma form submissions.
