Setup guide

Add Kajabi credential

Add your Kajabi account credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. This allows the integration to securely authenticate with your Kajabi account.

Add Flodesk credential

Add your Flodesk account credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. This allows the integration to securely authenticate with your Flodesk account.

Configure Kajabi Trigger node

In the Latenode builder, add a Kajabi Trigger node and configure it to listen for 'Tag Added' events on your Kajabi contacts.

Configure Flodesk Action node

Add a Flodesk Action node to the workflow. Configure it to either create a new subscriber or update an existing subscriber in Flodesk, based on the contact information and new tag from the Kajabi Trigger.

Map Kajabi and Flodesk fields

In the Flodesk Action node settings, map the relevant Kajabi contact fields (email, first name, last name) to the corresponding Flodesk subscriber fields. Also, map the new tag from Kajabi to the appropriate Flodesk segment(s).
