The automation monitors a designated Google Sheets spreadsheet for any new or updated rows. Whenever a change is detected, the system will proceed to the next step.

Map Google Sheets data to AWeber subscriber fields

The automation maps the relevant data from the Google Sheets row (such as name, email address, and any other custom fields) to the corresponding fields required by the AWeber subscriber profile.

Create new AWeber subscriber

Using the mapped data, the automation creates a new subscriber in the specified AWeber mailing list.

Logic

Conditional branch: New or updated subscriber?

The automation checks if the Google Sheets row represents a new contact or an updated existing contact. If it's a new contact, the process continues to the next step. If it's an update, the existing AWeber subscriber is updated with the new information.

Update existing AWeber subscriber

If the Google Sheets row represents an update to an existing contact, the automation updates the corresponding AWeber subscriber with the new information.

Setup guide

Add Google Sheets credential

In the Latenode Credentials panel, add a Google Sheets credential by completing the OAuth flow. This will allow the integration to access your Google Sheets data.

Add AWeber credential

In the Latenode Credentials panel, add an AWeber credential by entering your API key. This will allow the integration to create new subscribers in your AWeber account.

Select Google Sheets spreadsheet and worksheet

In the node settings, choose the specific Google Sheets spreadsheet and worksheet you want to monitor for new or updated rows.

Map Google Sheets data to AWeber subscriber fields

In the node settings, map the relevant columns from your Google Sheets spreadsheet to the corresponding AWeber subscriber fields, such as email address, first name, and last name.

Choose AWeber mailing list

In the node settings, select the AWeber mailing list you want new subscribers to be added to.
