Automatically sync new Podia sales as tagged Mailchimp subscribers

This automation integrates Podia and Mailchimp, automatically adding new Podia customers as tagged subscribers in a specified Mailchimp audience.

When a customer purchases a product on Podia, this workflow will add them as a subscriber to a Mailchimp audience of the user's choice, applying relevant tags based on the Podia product purchased. This allows Podia users to efficiently grow their email lists and engage with customers by seamlessly connecting their sales and email marketing platforms.

Logic

Prepare Mailchimp Subscriber

This step maps the Podia customer data to the format expected by Mailchimp, including assigning relevant tags based on the Podia product purchased.

Setup guide

1

Add Mailchimp Credential

Add your Mailchimp API key to the Latenode Credentials panel. This will allow the workflow to connect to your Mailchimp account.

2

Configure Podia Webhook

Add a new webhook in your Podia admin settings. Set the webhook URL to the Latenode webhook URL provided in the builder. This will trigger the workflow when a new customer purchases a product on Podia.

3

Map Podia Products to Mailchimp Tags

In the Podia node settings, map each of your Podia products to the corresponding Mailchimp tags you want to apply to new subscribers. This will ensure the right tags are applied based on the product purchased.

4

Select Mailchimp Audience

In the Mailchimp node settings, select the Mailchimp audience you want to add new Podia customers to. This will be the audience where the new subscribers will be added.

5

Review and Test the Workflow

Review the full workflow in the Latenode builder, making any final adjustments. Then test the workflow by triggering a new purchase on your Podia site and verifying the new subscriber was added to your Mailchimp audience with the correct tags.
