Real-time Slack channel message mirroring across workspaces

This automation allows users to automatically monitor a source Slack channel for new messages and copy the content to a designated destination channel in real-time.

The flow is triggered by a 'New Message Posted to Channel' event in Slack, which captures any new messages posted to a specified source channel. The automation then sends the message content to another Slack channel chosen by the user. This ensures that important information is routed to the right place, helping teams stay aligned and up-to-date on key discussions and updates.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runtime in CPU seconds. The first 10,000 CPU seconds are free each month, then usage follows pay-as-you-go CPU-second pricing. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.

How it works

1
Trigger

Monitor Slack Channel

This step monitors a specific Slack channel for new messages. Whenever a new message is posted to the source channel, the automation is triggered to begin processing the message content.

2
Logic

Transform Message Content

The automation prepares the message content from the source channel for posting to the destination channel. This may involve formatting or enriching the content as needed.

3
Action

Post to Destination Channel

The transformed message content is then sent to the specified destination Slack channel, ensuring that the information is routed to the right place for the team.
