Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring AITable, Google Calendar, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AITable and Google Calendar integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and Google Calendar (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect AITable and Google Calendar

AITable + Google Calendar + Slack: When a new project is added in AITable, create an event in Google Calendar to schedule the initial project meeting. Then, send a message to a designated Slack channel to notify the team about the new project and the scheduled meeting.

Google Calendar + AITable + Google Sheets: When a new event is added to Google Calendar, a new row is created in AITable to track the meeting details (e.g., date, time, attendees). Subsequently, this data is exported to a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.
