Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Apollo, Pushbullet, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Apollo and Pushbullet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Apollo and Pushbullet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Apollo and Pushbullet

Apollo + Pushbullet + Slack: When Apollo finds a new promising lead (new contact), a Pushbullet notification is sent to a specified device. Based on the Pushbullet notification, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel for team discussion.

Pushbullet + Apollo + Airtable: When a new important push notification is received, it triggers the creation of a new contact entry in Apollo. Subsequently, the contact's details are added to an Airtable base for centralized tracking and collaboration.
