Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Bubble, Grist, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Bubble and Grist integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bubble and Grist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Bubble + Grist + Airtable: When a user submits feedback via a Bubble app, the information is logged as a new record in Grist. Then, Grist creates a new record in Airtable to consolidate the insights for further analysis.
Grist + Bubble + Slack: When data is created or updated in Grist, the corresponding content is updated in a Bubble app. A Slack message is then sent to a relevant team channel to notify them of the changes.
