Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Gravity Forms, Grist, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Gravity Forms and Grist integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Gravity Forms and Grist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Gravity Forms and Grist

Gravity Forms + Grist + Slack: Upon submission of a Gravity Forms form, the data is used to create a new record in Grist. Subsequently, a Slack notification is sent to a designated channel to inform the team about the new submission.

Grist + Gravity Forms + Google Sheets: When a record is created or updated in Grist, this triggers the retrieval of a corresponding entry from Gravity Forms. The retrieved data, along with the updated Grist record, is then added as a new row to a Google Sheet.
