Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Caption AI, Google AppSheet, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Caption AI and Google AppSheet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caption AI and Google AppSheet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Caption AI and Google AppSheet

Google AppSheet + Caption AI + Slack: When a new record with an image is added to Google AppSheet, Caption AI generates a caption for the image, and the image with the generated caption is then sent to a designated Slack channel for team review.

Google AppSheet + Caption AI + Google Docs: When a record is updated in Google AppSheet, the data is sent to Caption AI, which generates product descriptions. These descriptions are then appended to a specified Google Docs document.
