Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring ClickUp, Soax, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ClickUp and Soax integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ClickUp and Soax (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ClickUp and Soax
ClickUp + Soax + Slack: When a new high-priority task is created in ClickUp, use Soax to perform a Google Search for the task submitter's location based on their IP address. Then, send a message to a dedicated Slack channel with details about the new task and the submitter's potential location.
Soax + ClickUp + Google Sheets: Detect unusual IP activity using Soax by searching for specific IPs. Upon detection, create an urgent task in ClickUp with details of the activity, and log the event along with the IP address and timestamp in Google Sheets for auditing purposes.
