Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Clio, Trint, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Clio and Trint integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Clio and Trint (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Clio and Trint

Trint + Slack + Clio: When a transcript is finalized in Trint (New Event), a summary message is posted to a designated Slack channel (Send Public Channel Message). A new note is then created in Clio (Create Note) associated with the relevant case, containing a link to the Trint transcript and the Slack summary.

Trint + Clio + Google Docs: Automatically create a new Google Doc (Create a New Document from Text) draft from a Trint transcript when a new event occurs (New Event). Then, save the Google Doc link and transcript details to a client's folder in Clio by creating a new note (Create Note).
