Most powerful ways to connect Close CRM and Zendesk
Close CRM + Zendesk + Slack: When a lead's status changes to 'Closed' in Close CRM, a Zendesk ticket is automatically created for onboarding the new customer. A notification is then sent to the sales team in Slack to inform them of the new customer and the Zendesk ticket creation.
Zendesk + Close CRM + Google Sheets: Monitors Zendesk for updated tickets. Upon update, it retrieves the resolution time and customer satisfaction score (if available), updates the corresponding lead in Close CRM with this data, and adds a row to a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.
