Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Code, Mautic, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Code and Mautic integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Code and Mautic (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Code and Mautic

Code + Mautic + Slack: When Code identifies an error, the automation checks for a corresponding contact in Mautic. If the contact exists, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel, notifying developers to investigate the issue. If the contact doesn't exist, a new contact is created and then the Slack notification is sent.

Mautic + Code + Google Sheets: When a new form is submitted in Mautic, the submitted data triggers a Code action to validate the data. The validated data, along with the original submission, is then stored in a new row in Google Sheets.
