Depending on your setup, data should flow between Creatomate and Ontraport (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Creatomate and Ontraport
Creatomate + Google Sheets + Ontraport: When a new video render is completed in Creatomate, the workflow finds the corresponding row in Google Sheets based on video ID or other identifier. It then uses the video engagement metrics from Creatomate to update the contact's information in Ontraport.
Ontraport + Zapier + Creatomate: When a contact is tagged in Ontraport, Zapier sends the contact data to Creatomate. Creatomate renders a personalized video using the received data. The video link could then be sent back to Ontraport, or used elsewhere.
