Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Ads and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Ads and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google Ads and Zendesk
Google Ads + Zendesk + Slack: When a Google Ads campaign's performance dips below a defined threshold (determined using 'Search Campaigns'), a Zendesk ticket is automatically created to investigate the issue. The marketing team is then alerted via a Slack message with details of the campaign and Zendesk ticket.
Zendesk + Google Ads + Google Sheets: When a Zendesk ticket is updated, the keywords associated with the ticket's subject are analyzed using Google Ads 'Search Campaigns' and the resolution data, along with the associated keywords, is logged into a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis of support trends related to ad campaigns.
