Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google AppSheet and JustCall (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Google AppSheet and JustCall
Google AppSheet + JustCall + Slack: When a new record is added in Google AppSheet, the automation creates a contact in JustCall. Subsequently, if there is a missed call from that contact in JustCall, a summary is posted in a Slack channel.
JustCall + Google AppSheet + Google Sheets: When a call is missed in JustCall, the automation will log the call details in a Google Sheet. Then, it will update a specified row in Google AppSheet with relevant information extracted from the call details logged in Google Sheets.
