Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Jira and pdfFiller integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Jira and pdfFiller (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Jira and pdfFiller

Jira + pdfFiller + Slack: When a Jira issue is updated to a 'Resolved' status, a completion report is generated in pdfFiller using a predefined template, and a notification is sent to a Slack channel to inform the team.

pdfFiller + Jira + Google Sheets: When a new filled form is submitted in pdfFiller (simulating a signed contract), a new Jira issue is created to track the contract, and the event details are logged in a Google Sheet for auditing and reporting.
