Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Knack and OpenAI Responses integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Knack and OpenAI Responses (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Knack and OpenAI Responses
Knack + OpenAI Responses + Slack: When a new record is created in Knack (e.g., customer feedback), send the feedback to OpenAI for summarization. Then, post the summary to a designated Slack channel for the product team.
Knack + OpenAI Responses + Google Sheets: Upon a new record in Knack containing survey responses, send the open-ended responses to OpenAI for analysis. Store the analysis results (e.g., sentiment, keywords) in a new row in Google Sheets.
