In most cases, Google Calendar or OpenAI Responses will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Google Calendar or OpenAI Responses, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

After configuring Google Calendar, OpenAI Responses, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Google Calendar and OpenAI Responses integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Google Calendar and OpenAI Responses (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Google Calendar + OpenAI Responses + Slack: When a Google Calendar event ends, the content is sent to OpenAI to generate a summary. The summary is then posted to a designated Slack channel.
Google Calendar + OpenAI Responses + Google Docs: When a new event is created in Google Calendar, an AI-generated agenda for the meeting is created using OpenAI. This agenda is then saved as a new document in Google Docs.
