Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft Teams and Netlify integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft Teams and Netlify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft Teams and Netlify

Netlify + Github + Microsoft Teams: When a Netlify deployment fails, the automation retrieves the associated commit information from Github and sends a notification to a Microsoft Teams channel, including a link to the specific commit.

Netlify + Google Sheets + Microsoft Teams: When a new Netlify site deployment succeeds, the automation records the deployment details (site name, deploy time, commit hash) in a Google Sheet and sends a summary update to a specified Microsoft Teams channel.
