Sinch + Vitally + Slack: When a new SMS is received via Sinch, the automation searches for the user in Vitally based on the phone number. If found, the user's profile is updated, and a summary of the interaction is sent to a Slack channel for review.
Vitally + Sinch + Zendesk: When a user's profile is updated in Vitally, if a condition is met (e.g., customer health score drops), an SMS is sent via Sinch to the customer, and a new Zendesk ticket is created for the support team.
