Setup guide

Add Airtable Credential

Add your Airtable API credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. This will allow the 'New Record' trigger to access your Airtable base.

Configure Airtable Trigger

In the Latenode builder, add an 'Airtable' node and configure the 'New Record' trigger. Select the Airtable base, table, and view you want to monitor for new records.

Add WhatsApp Notifications Credential

Add your WhatsApp Notifications API credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. This will allow the 'Send Message' action to send notifications to your WhatsApp contacts.

In the Latenode builder, add a 'WhatsApp Notifications' node and configure the 'Send Message' action. Map the relevant Airtable record data to customize the WhatsApp notification message.

Test the workflow by creating a new record in your Airtable base and verify that the WhatsApp notification is received. Once satisfied, publish the workflow in your Latenode workspace.
