Add Brevo credential

Add your Brevo account credential in the Latenode Credentials panel using API key authentication.

Configure Google Forms node

Add a Google Forms node to your workflow and configure it by selecting the Google Forms you want to update. Map the Brevo contact data fields to the corresponding Google Forms response fields.

Add Brevo trigger

Add a Brevo trigger node to your workflow and configure it to listen for 'Contact Updated' events. This will trigger the workflow whenever a contact is created or updated in your Brevo CRM.

Map data fields

In the Brevo trigger node settings, map the Brevo contact data fields (such as name, email, phone, etc.) to the corresponding fields in the Google Forms node.

Test and publish

Test your workflow by manually triggering the Brevo 'Contact Updated' event, then review the Google Forms response to ensure the data is syncing correctly. Once satisfied, publish your workflow to start automatically updating Google Forms responses with new and updated Brevo contacts.
