Add OnceHub Credential

Add your OnceHub API credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. This will allow the workflow to securely connect to your OnceHub account.

Add Google Sheets Credential

Add your Google Sheets API credential in the Latenode Credentials panel. This will enable the workflow to write data to your Google Sheets spreadsheet.

Configure OnceHub Booking Completed Trigger

Add the OnceHub Booking Completed trigger node to the workflow. This node will listen for when a booking has been completed on your OnceHub account.

Map OnceHub Booking Data

In the OnceHub Booking Completed trigger node settings, map the relevant booking data fields (e.g. customer name, service, date/time) that you want to capture in the Google Sheets spreadsheet.

Add Google Sheets Write Row Action

Add the Google Sheets Write Row action node to the workflow. Configure it to write a new row in your desired Google Sheets spreadsheet, mapping the OnceHub booking data fields to the corresponding spreadsheet columns.
