Sync Squarespace newsletter signups to Mailchimp via Google Sheets

This automation template helps Squarespace website owners synchronize their newsletter subscriber data from Squarespace to Mailchimp via Google Sheets. It addresses the limitation of Squarespace's native Mailchimp integration, which only supports new, empty audiences.

The workflow captures newsletter signups in a Google Sheets spreadsheet and then automatically creates new contacts in a selected Mailchimp audience based on the email addresses and names from the spreadsheet. Users can trigger the workflow manually or schedule it to run periodically for continuous synchronization. The template requires Mailchimp API credentials and Google Sheets API access.

How Latenode estimates time and cost

Latenode bills workflow runs in credits: 1 credit = 30 seconds of processing. Minimum charge per run depends on your plan. Plug-and-Play (PnP) AI nodes are billed separately—each PnP token is $1 USD, charged pay-as-you-go at vendor cost plus a small processing fee, with no API keys required.
