Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Adalo, PandaDoc, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Adalo and PandaDoc integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Adalo and PandaDoc (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Adalo and PandaDoc
Adalo + PandaDoc + Airtable: When a new record is created in Adalo, a contract is generated in PandaDoc using a predefined template. The contract details and related Adalo data are then logged in Airtable.
Adalo + PandaDoc + Slack: When a record is updated in Adalo, triggering a change in status, a PandaDoc contract is sent to the associated user. The sales team is then notified in Slack about the contract being sent.
