After configuring AI Agent, Google tasks, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI Agent and Google tasks integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI Agent and Google tasks (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AI Agent and Google tasks
AI Agent + Google Tasks + Slack: AI agent processes information (e.g., meeting notes) and creates tasks in Google Tasks. Upon creation of a new task, a message is sent to a Slack channel with the task details.
Google Tasks + AI Agent + Gmail: When a new Google Task is created or updated, an AI Agent drafts an email using the task details. The email is then sent to the task assignee via Gmail.
